1. About the event

Partners in Practice: Leading the Frontier is an invitation-only enterprise event organised by Synapx on 23 June 2026 at Storey Club, London W2 6BD. These terms govern your registration and attendance.

2. Registration

  • Registrations are subject to approval. Submitting the form does not guarantee a place at the event.
  • Synapx reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration at its sole discretion, including where the registrant does not meet the intended audience criteria.
  • Each registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not register on behalf of another individual without their consent.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information. Fraudulent registrations will be cancelled.

3. Attendance

  • Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and associated costs.
  • The event programme, speakers, and venue details are subject to change. Synapx will notify registered attendees of material changes.
  • Synapx reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who acts in a disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate manner.

4. Photography & filming

The event may be photographed or filmed by Synapx or its representatives for marketing and communications purposes. By attending you consent to your likeness being captured and used in such materials. If you object, please notify events@synapx.com before the event date.

5. Intellectual property

All content presented at the event (presentations, materials, demos) remains the intellectual property of the presenting organisation. Attendees may not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written permission.

6. Cancellation

If you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible at events@synapx.com so your place may be reallocated. In the unlikely event that Synapx cancels the event, registered attendees will be notified promptly. Synapx's liability is limited to reasonable out-of-pocket costs directly attributable to the cancellation.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
